1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website and services of TrueBricks Realty Services Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our Services
We provide professional marketing services for resale properties across Delhi NCR, including professional video and photo shoots, editing, promotion across social media, promotion to genuine and verified buyers, lead generation and basic buyer handling support.
3. Fees
Our services involve a one-time registration fee of ₹4,999, which covers the cameraman visit, professional shoot and listing of your property on our marketing platforms. A success fee of 0.5% of the final deal value applies only after your property is successfully sold through our marketing efforts. The registration fee is transferred directly to the official bank account of TrueBricks Realty Services Pvt. Ltd..
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your property. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to market and sell any property you submit, and that the information you share does not infringe the rights of any third party.
5. Property Content
Photos, videos and other content we produce for your property may be used by us to market and promote that property across our platforms for the duration of the listing validity. You grant us permission to use such content for these purposes.
6. No Guarantee
While we work to increase your property's reach and reduce selling time, we do not guarantee a sale, a specific timeline or a specific sale price. Outcomes depend on market conditions and factors beyond our control.
7. Buyer Enquiries
Information shared by prospective buyers is collected to connect them with suitable properties. We aim to promote only to genuine and verified buyers, but we are not responsible for the conduct of any third party.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the TrueBricks name, logo, text and graphics, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use this content without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi NCR.
